Make Your Own Wall Art

After thinking about it, I realized that all I really needed was an image from my computer and mod podge. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Here's a list of what I used:</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">12" canvas</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Mod Podge</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Jute Rope</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">12" craft paper</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Image (from google images) </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I had all of these things, so this was a totally free upcycle! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><i><b>NOTE:</b> Make your own mod podge using 1/2 glue and 1/2 water. Put the glue and water in a jar with with a tight lid and shake well to combine. Or, you can pick it up at any craft store, WalMart, or Amazon (<a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0019ULN0G/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B0019ULN0G&linkCode=as2&tag=fymoho-20&linkId=T7GO34QXHCPWBBGV">Mod Podge CS11240 Starter Pack, 2-Ounce Bottles</a><img alt="" border="0" height="1" src="http://ir-na.amazon-adsystem.com/e/ir?t=fymoho-20&l=as2&o=1&a=B0019ULN0G" style="border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;" width="1" />).</i></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;">I used a piece of craft paper as my base, but you could use anything - book pages would be nice! I painted over the existing canvas with mod podge and then pressed the paper onto the existing board, and smoothed out any bubbles with my fingers. I then used the mod podge and painted over the top of the craft paper, smoothing any bubbles, and then re-painted for a smooth finish. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">I found an image I found amusing, from a BBQ place, and printed it off on my printer.
